Workshops
Using a combination of coaching and psychological education, I offer dynamic workshops that empower employees to take better care of their health and well-being. Depending on what works best, these sessions can last anywhere from an hour to a day and can be in person or virtually.
Drawing from neuroscience and psychology, I present information in an approachable and accessible manner. And as I am a coach, I also make sure that participants leave with a concrete action plan for putting what they learned into practice.
Clients have included Portland College, Leaders in Sport, MIND, The International Training Centre of the International Labour Organisation ( ITCILO) the NHS and health care settings.
