Within these sessions, I will draw on different evidenced approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness training and Compassion Focused training (CFT)  so that you learn a variety of tools to help, ensure your results are sustained beyond the sessions.

I am trained to ILM level 7 (Postgraduate Diploma level) in Executive Coaching with over 1000 hours of coaching experience as well as being accredited and a member of the EMCC UK and Global
