My journey in supporting others began in 2000 as an Occupational Therapist
Since then I have worked in many mental health settings, fueled by a desire to empower people with the education and tools to manage their health and flourish, despite challenges. In 2004, I started coaching training, then introduced mindfulness training in 2007, as I could see how it helped build skills in self-awareness and self-regulation.
From this, I have pursued further training in both Executive Coaching and Mindfulness, and have woven these approaches together, alongside my tools around group work as an Occupational Therapist.
This has led to me facilitating coaching and workshops across the UK and Thailand within specialised education settings, NGOs, health and social care providers and corporate environments.
Currently, my time is split between working as a workshop facilitator in the NHS for a Wellbeing Hub for staff and my private coaching business.
And can I tell you a secret?
I love what I do!
