Hi, I’m Anna, for the last two decades I have been committed to the personal and professional growth of others.

I provide bespoke coaching programmes, workshops and mindfulness courses to individuals and companies.
My aim is to help people feel calmer and healthier, drop unhelpful thinking habits, and regain a sense of personal and professional well-being.
​
I sincerely believe that everyone deserves to feel safe enough to be who they want to be, be authentic, do what they dream of, and have the life they wish for.
Life is just too short for anything else!
How Coaching Mindfully works

Coaching is about exploring your habits, thinking and actions that no longer work for you. It's about providing you with the self awareness, skills and confidence to move forward with conviction and clarity. It's a space 100% tailored to your wellbeing and growth.
Mindfulness is about stepping out of ‘doing mode & ‘being’ aware of what's happening in this moment. Through learning to do this it’s easier to appreciate the good times, and to more skillfully handle difficulties, such as stress, emotional pressures & change.
I bring coaching and mindfulness together to support increased awareness and encourage effective changes in thinking and behaviour, helping you overcome stuckness and move forward with clarity.
